Orion Slim vs Orion Multi vs Orion Traditional - Heat & Size

There are only a few differences between features of the Slim, Multi and Traditional models. First is that the Orion Slim and Multi model offers 5,000 10,000 BTU's (depending on the size). The Orion Traditional offers 5,000 8,300 BTU's (depending on the size).
Next, the biggest difference between the Orion models is that the Orion Multi has a bigger depth, which allows the fireplace to fit bigger logs, and open expose corners, providing more ways of displaying and viewing the unit.

The Ignite series have continued to expand and grow over time, so, the easiest way to look at the Dimplex Ignite series models is in a "good" "better" "best" frameset.

The Ignite XL is the first in the Ignite series, and is considered "good". This fireplace allows you to change the color of the ember bed, but it does not allow you to change the color and speed of the flame, which are noticeable updated features found both the Bold ("better") and Evolve ("best") models. It does however, have a powerful heater and is considered to be one of the strongest options on the market for that reason.

Next would be the Dimplex Bold, and would be considered "better" than the Ignite XL because of the newer updates mentioned above, but also a very attractive option with this model is to uninstall the corners and provide a sleek exposed look as seen below:

The Dimplex Evolve is the newest model and considered the "best", the reason being is really simple, Dimplex took all of the new updated features of the Ignite Bold, and gave their Ignite XL a facelift with the Evolve. Two of the most noticeable updated features in the Ignite Evolve are controlling flame speeds, and access to control via WIFI, which the original Ignite XL does not offer.
